Summary:

We have loaded the Calculation cards through HSDL, and post when tried running Quickpay it failed.

Upon checking found that Tax Reporting Unit Name at Calculation Card is showing blank when we Click on Edit. This is causing Quickpay also to error with below message.

A system error ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL occurred in table pay_payroll_assignments at location 601. Contact your help desk.

Upon Selecting the Dropdown, there are multiple Blank rows being displayed apart from the other TRU name in the last row.

Any inputs if anyone has faced similar issue.
