Summary:

In Job application, is it possible to change the order of the address fields. This means moving "Postal Code*" to come after the "Address Line 3" field for Canada country only?

Additionally, if either Postal Code, City or Province are selected the other fields populate. Currently, it follows the structure Country >Province >City >Code.
