Summary:

Wondering if it is possible to edit the Primary Point of Contact (PPOC) field so that it doesn't update with any name when opening an SR, this currently shows the name of the person raising the Service Request automatically when first creating.

I think this is a Oracle delivered field rather than a custom one so not sure what is possible but want to check/get some advice on this and if it is possible?
