Building a turnover % by termination type

Content

Using a CASE formula I have identified and split out terminations by our company's preferred type, desired and undesired, for use within the WF Trend subject area.  Now what I'm looking to do is build a turnover % by those two specific termination types.   But I can not get the formula to work.  Any ideas on what I'm missing?
