How to load Employer rate during Participant Enrollment HDL load (Data migration/Conversion)

Summary: In Participant Enrollment Business object we have a column "rate" for loading the Employee rate. However, there is an ask to load the employer rate as well as part of the data migration/conversion activity during which we bring enrolment data from vendor portal to HCM application
