How to use geography dimension in Business Plan Objectives? (and how to create new dimensions)?

Content (required):

I enabled geography dimension for BP Objectives, under Manage Objectives Non-extensible Lookups ORA_ZCA_OBJ_DIMENSIONS but when I try to add this specific dimension in my BP Objective, there is no geography to select.


Where can I setup BP Objective geographies?


Also, how can I use custom dimensions? Something diferent than Account, Time, Product and Geography. Is it possible?
