Tiles on create offer Page, checked by default

Summary:

Hi All,

When we create offer for a candidate, it gives us option to select the tiles (the sections in the offer Page). Instead of selecting the tiles manually , is it possible to the check boxes to checked automatically by default when click on create offer.
