Can a partner user be given quota and access to forecast?

Can partner users participate in quota/forecasting?

Content (required):

Is it possible to set a partner user (e.g. partner sales representative) as a territory owner, give him quota, and access to forecasts, instead of using Business Plans?


Also, what about the CX Mobile? Are partner users able to login into CX Mobile as well?


PRM documentation doesn't mention anything about quota management and forecast, nor mobile.
