Summary:

Employee hire date is 01.05.2023, created on 04.05.2023.

Business HR is trying to add the personal payment method and system is giving the subjected error as attached.

Added the PPM as an admin user, able to do add PPM for some cases and some cases are not (reason not identified)

Running the Synchronize Person Records scheduled process - resolved the issue and able to add the PPM successfully after the scheduled process run for an individual record

Scheduled the Synchronize Person Records already with the default options, it will run for the current system date against the Effective Start Date of the worker. The default options are no From Date, no To Date, and After Batch Load = No. But still the back dated hire record is not picked up in the process.
