This question is regarding 23B Global Payroll New Feature: PARAMETER SUBMISSION ENHANCEMENT ON THE FLOW SUBMISSION PAGE

We don't see any difference between 23A and 23B on flow submission page other than "Type to Search" text is added in 23B on Person and Location parameters. Oracle documentation says enhanced performance and usability of the page but even in 23A we can type to search. So not sure what exactly is the enhancement. In fact 23B took more time to retrieve values for partial search. So please share more details on this new 23B enhancement
