Is it possible to have quick referral option on the basis of candidate location in career section?

Hi Team,
We have a requirement that on the basis location of the candidate, the general profile referral should reflect in the career site . eg :- IF location is india refering genreal profile option should be visible if NA than it should not ,is this possible to achieve in Taleo employee referral site.
We will use only one career site .
