Briefing Books Update functionality

Content (required):

We are trying to create a briefing book that automatically updates itself whenever changes are made to the data. Having gone through the guidance, we ensured that the "Updatable" option is ticked, however the briefing book keeps displaying the original data and the only workaround we've seen so far is either add the new content as another page, or recreate it from scratch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
