How to make Sales Performance Infolet visible for all sales representatives?

Summary:

Sales Representatives cannot see each others percentages in below infolet. I (saled administrative) can see everyone percentages. I added the CRM Analysis Duty but still no results. This is how I see the infolet (removed their names)

This is how one of the users sees the infolet, he only sees his own record with % but he sees the names of the other sales Representatives

How can I make sure sales Representatives see the percentages of other sales representatives? Is this roll issue or setup issue?
