Edits to time card layout to show weekly hour totals on a two-week time card

Is it possible for us as a customer to make edits to the time card to show the weekly working hours? We have employees that have to have a certain number of hours to meet the FTE requirements and managers have requested the ability to see how many hours a person has worked per week for scheduling purposes. The image attached is kind of what we're looking to accomplish, I just don't know if that's something Oracle has to design for us or if we are able to add in the working hours field.
