Location Standard Hours not calculating a new FTE

edited May 11, 2023 4:03PM in Compensation 3 comments

Summary:

How to correctly calculate FTE when using location standard working hours

Content (required):

Is it possible to have a correct FTE derived through the location?

Want to implement location standard working hours to accommodate locations in Connecticut (as an example).

Standard hours are 37.5 rather than 40 for certain locations.

Location standard hours updated to 37.5.

This present correctly in a report with column from Location Standard Working Hours.

Manually corrected an employee's record on legacy screen and "resaving" 37.5 hours worked. FTE went from 1.0 to 0.94 (37.5 hours worked divided by 40, instead of 37.5).

This does not present correctly in the legacy employment screen.

FTE does not present correctly in Workforce Comp Administer Workers

Howdy, Stranger!
