Opportunity Marketplace - Created Gigs and Submitted Applications in Footer

With 23B release Opportunity Marketplace is becoming the default substituting Current Jobs action. Given that we don't manage internal mobility, we'll give access to Opportunity Marketplace to our employees only to make referrals for external candidates. Therefore we need to make some changed to Opportunity Marketplace structure.

In particular we need to Hide in the Footer Submitted Applications and Created Gigs. This because we don't allow employees to apply to any open position (internal posting and mobility not available) and we don't allow employees to create Gigs and Jobs (only recruiters can do that from Job requisitions section).
