Attribute Dimension Association is Not Working in Planning Cloud

Summary: After we moved from on-prem to Cloud one of our applications no longer has Attribute dimension associated


Content (required): When we moved to EPBCS 18 months ago we had several Essbase only applications that we converted to Planning apps. We also had several on-prem Planning apps that we migrated as well. They all share the Product dimension and we have several Attribute dimensions tied to Product dimension. Unfortunately 6 months after move to Cloud we noticed that one of the original Essbase only apps no longer had any Attributes associated with it. You could choose them in Smart View but they didn't work. I found some information on the My Oracle Support
