we should define an eligibility criteria based on Organization Hierarchy for workforce compensation plan campaign.

How can we do it? Is there a Fast Formula to do it?

In our case the plan should display people in Organization A and all organization under it.

Is it possible? In case it can be managed by Fast Formula, please, could you share an example?
