Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict users not to Initiate the Manual or Spreadsheet Journals for approval before Fund status is Passed. Currently system will allow submitting the Journal for approval irrespective of Funds status. Can someone please suggest how to restrict journal Requesting for approval without Fund check. Please suggest if any configuration or personalization using sandbox is possible to meet this requirement.
