Onboarding - performer

Hi Team,

Our HR resources are assigned to employees using 'HR resource' manager type, and their security is based on AOR using LE + assignment page DFF using custom criteria.

For onboarding, we do not have application role as a performer. And, our AOR doesnt support DFF. How to handle this for onboarding.
