Offer Emails Not getting to Candidates
Summary:
We have been running into issues where candidates are not receiving the email with the offer.
Content (required):
Emails are being sent from the system, but not getting to the candidates. We ask them to check their junk mail, refresh browser, all of the typical troubleshooting to no avail. They are also not making it to admins or recruiters who are copied on the email.
We have worked with our internal IT to no avail. Does anyone else have this issue? Or know a work around?
