GL Hierarchy Using Ranges-FRS reports do not Expand

Summary: I have created a new CoA, hence a GL Cube. The two key value sets (Account and Cost Centre) hierarchies are range based.

- When I write FRS report, I can see the Hierarchy and go down the tree and pick values.

-Also, can use functions such a “Children (Inclusive)” and it works.

 Issue is, the FRS report dose not expand or when exported to Smart view, work.

I have run the “Create GL Balances Cube” a few times for the CoA, it works, but the issues persist.
