Restrict Hiring manager from Viewing Prospects added to the Job Requisition

Summary:

Currently we have enabled security for candidates in Hiring manager login. (if candidate reached certain phase only, Hiring manager will be able to see them).

Similarly we need to enable security for Prospects also. Hiring manager should not see Prospect details, unless they are converted to candidate.

Is it possible to enable security for Prospects in oracle fusion.?
