Background Checking Partner System (not who do it for you)

We are looking to get a system that helps us track and send references and that integrates with ORC.

So we are not looking for a company to do the checking for us, but to buy a system where we can input the candidate data and then it automates sending the references, checking for gaps etc and ideally that integrates to ORC. Has anyone used one before?
