Summary:

Hello,

Our Recruiters are receiving a message when uploading different types of Documents to the Candidate's Application and Requisition, "The file you have attached cannot be processed. Please contact system administrator". We are also running into a problem with Candidates not being able to open Offer Letters when sent to them. They are receiving an error, "The operations Failed. An Object cannot be found". This just started happening today. We tested this in our Testing Environment which is on the same version of Taleo as Production, 23A.0.2 and are having no problems.
