Disenroll using HDL to change Original Effective Date
Summary:
We need to update most of our employees with a different Original Effective Date. After creating the Benefits Administration Life Event, we were advised to use the 'Benefits Enrollment Workbook' to disenroll from the active plan and place into Waive. Then, upload with the proper date. It is NOT being flexible for me when it comes to dependent records.
After consulting with Oracle, they've said the Excel tool is being sunsetted and recommend using HDL.
Using the .dat file for the Business Objects of Participant Enrollment and Beneficiary Enrollment, how do you put participants and their covered dependents into the Waive Plan (how do you use disenroll)?
