What changed in 23B to cause the journal lines to not appear on Create Accounting report?

Create Accounting Report not showing detailed Journal lines after 23B Release

Content (required):

We received our install of the 23B update and are actively regression testing our core processes. We ran several feeds through our DEV2 environment to ensure everything worked as expected. Our Create Accounting process uses the Report Style = Detail so that we can see the journal lines that are posted for the feed. After the 23B update, we no longer see the Journal Lines on Sheet2 of the Create Accounting report (see attached document with screen prints).

What is causing this error where when we select Report Style = Detail that we are not given the detail? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
