Can you create a group or parent across several dimensions?

Summary:

Is it possible to create parents or groups involving multiple dimensions such as a "Gift Card" parent containing ("Account 1, Region 1, Dpt 1" and "Account 2, Region 2, Dpt 2")?

If that is not possible, is there a way to add text columns describing or summarizing each row in SmartView AND save it as a Smart Form, so users can easily open up the template and the associated description? Currently, I get errors "empty column" if I attempt that.
