Traffic to free tier compute instance except ssh is blocked since May 15, 21:45 UTC

Summary:

Since approx. last night 23:45, no traffic except ssh is routed to my free tier cloud compute instance located in Zurich. I did not change anything in the VCN setup (IP address, security list, etc.) for months. Tested this from 2 different origin networks.

Anyone else seeing this?
