"Celebrate Event" feature in Touchpoints feature

Hello everyone,

I am activating Touchpoints feature.

However, I cannot activate the 'Celebrate Event' feature. I see the button available from the employee view, but if I click it, nothing happens. Do you know if there is something to enable?
