How to pull the latest date an applicant updated their submission?

Summary: How can we pull into a report the latest date an applicant updated their submission? eg: updated prescreen answers or attached a new document.

Content (required): We have postings where we ask people to continue to update their application profile and we'd like to be able to pull into a report the last time the applicant actually changed any prescreening answers or attached a new document so we can prioritize those that are still actively interested. Is there someway to do this?

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):Currently using 22C.0.3, but update next week to 23A.1
