Self Enrollment to Courses/Offerings not triggering any notification to Learners

Hello all,

I have enrolled as Learner to a Course. Here I did not get any notification.

Then I enrolled in Offering to the same course. Again, did not receive any notification.

Can you please let me know the reason and the name of the alert for this?
