Opportunity Marketplace and Connections

We have OM turned on and Connections turned off but they still show when internal candidates looked at their submitted applications and click on the HMs name. We don't mind the HMs name and email being there but we want the Connections part gone. How do we do that? See attachment.

Side question - are OM and Journeys considered Redwood?
