Need to know the table storing the approver details in Person Management page, Oracle Fusion HCM

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to send transfer letters to the employee only after the highest level approver has approved the update action on a employee record on the Person Management page.  We need to know the table where this info is stored so that we can join it with per_all_assignments_m table and retrieve the relevant records only.
