How can we have a specific calendar avoiding Weekends and bank holidays depending on our customer?

Need to create Custom Calendar for ESS Jobs

We are facing a problem related to ESS scheduler. When clicking in Advance Option we can use standard schedule features like Daily, Weekly, Monthly, User Define or Use saved scheduler.

The problem is that we want to have a specific calendar avoiding Weekends and bank holidays depending on our customer region because if we use what application offers now, we can avoid weekends as we can schedule a Job from Monday to Friday but when there is a bank holiday in Spain Monday May, 15th for example we when this calendar to let ESS Job detects and avoid auto job run.
