Year end disbursements are happening after 8-9 pay period have been processed

Hi There,

We have Paid time off accrual absence plan attached to Paid time off payroll absence paycode element releasing year end disbursement on absence plans when 9th pay period has already been processed. The issue here is , an employee went to long term leave of absence in Dec 2022 and returned in May 2023. The paid time off absence plan configured to pay all the absences at year end. However, there is no transaction of year end disbursement went through on 01/01/2023. Instead, the disbursement transaction pop up once employee re-started the work i.e 5/1/2023 and system started generating discretionary
