Internal candidate not receiving respond job offer notification

Summary:

I have created job offer for an internal Candidate but the Internal candidate is not receiving respond job offer notification. I have done research and tried after adding the job offer detailed deep link but still no luck.

Has anyone face this issue in the past and how did you fix it?
