How to make the Email and Primary Phone fields mandatory in the contact module

We need to condition the Email and Primary Phone fields as required

We need to condition the Email and Primary Phone fields as required, we have tried it from application composer, directly from the pages to change the attribute but it appears without being able to condition it.

We also tried it directly from the fields in application composer but it doesn't allow to change.

What else could we implement to cover this scenario?
