Help with understanding the difference between Historical Step Name and Current Step NameContent
Hi, experts -
Could anyone explain to me why it calculates the total differently between Historical Step name and Current Step name when I combine it with "# of Candidate"?
The challenge is that the aggregate numbers of candidates at HR step in these two fields are not the same and "Current Step Name"'s number is always higher than the "Historical Step Name"'s.
I discovered that if a candidate submits more than one job application, "Historical Step Name" only counts the one that moves to "HM Review" or steps after and disregard other applications that stay at HR Review. In other words, it only captures applications with movement in the selection process.
