Cox Enterprises is about to begin a review of our requisition creation process, as it relates to the hiring manager experience in Taleo.  Currently our HM's initiate the creation of a requisition, with DAR running the approval process.  We are reviewing our mandatory fields and other steps to requisition creation and would very much appreciate feedback if your company has HM's opening reqs in Taleo, or if it is done another way.  A surveymonkey is available,
