Internal Candidate - Process Job Offer Manually
Summary:
Customer want to process the job offer manually for the internal candidates and doesn't want to perform Offer/HR phase. Also, Internal candidates receiving the rejection email when the job requisition is closed, even though they have been selected for the job as the job offer is manually provided.
Can we introduce a state as 'Internal Candidate Job Offer Accepted' at any phase before the Offer and it should behave as such as 'Rejected by Employer' in the oracle system? It means they should track which internal candidate has applied for the job and want to process them manually. But at the Job requisition level, they should be shown as 'Inactive' status.
