Is a calculation from two results using a Union possible?

Content (required):

I have a report which I'm looking to show the % of active employees who have a work mobile phone type.

I have created an Analysis and Union with the below criteria:


Criteria 1 (to get employees with work mobile):

Only Returns Person Count in Analysis

Filters to bring in

System Person type = Employee

Assignment Status type = Active, Suspended

Person Phones Date To = Null (I don't want any phones that have been end dated)

Phone Type = Work Mobile Phone


Criteria 2 (to get total employees):

Only Returns Person Count in Analyis
