We have created a PR, and as per the approval rule, the PR was sent to the approver (Ron Wilson) for approval.

But when the approver logged in to the system, there was no bell notification received by the user (screenshot attached).

Also, when we navigate to "Bell Notification"-> "Show All"-> "All" tab -> click on the link of the PR hyperlink, it gives the message "Task details aren't available for this task. (FUN

-720809)". (Screenshots attached)

Now, due to this issue, the PR document is stuck in the approval process. This happened only once. After this, for all other PR documents that we created, the approver (Ron Wilson) started receiving the notifications.
