Team Structure Representation in OFSC

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we have to represent team structure of work force in OFSC.

There would be Team Leads to whom the Technicians reports to and Managers to whom the Team Leads reports to . This hierarchy has to be shown in OFS. Hence eventually when the dispatcher has to manually assign a job to an FE and finds that person is not available, they can then assign it to either the team lead or manager.

is there anyway we can bring in such a representation in OFS either in dispatch console or resource screens?

Kindly let us know the insights on how to achieve this requirement using OFS capabilities.
