Import Journal Batch Name is changing after importing journals into system.

Content (required):

Users are trying to import the Journal batches with batch name and system is adding Suffix as "JournalCategory Name+LE Name" in journal name. Suffix as "JournalSource+ActualFlag+GroupId+. How to stop adding Suffix to Journal Batch name and Journal Name. Screenshot attached FYR.

Users are searching journal as per fbdi loaded ones and not finding. Updating this batch name after loading is time consuming process. Please suggest the way create journal batch and Journal name as per FBDI upload only.
