Is it possible to have a 2nd offer grids that would be used for a particular group of people?

eg Standard offer grid + Talent Academy offer grid.

Currently, where offers are required for Talent Academy, recruiter attaches apprenticeship details to be included in the offer grid for the team to manually populate the agreement.

It would be great if there was an option where a Talent Academy offer grid could be selected which includes the apprentice fields to auto populate the template – avoids manual intervention and admin errors.
