How do we make Setup and Maintenance available for Recruiting Admin under settings and actions menu?

Hello,

We've tried adding many privileges to the recruiting admin role but we cannot find the one which drives seeing setup and maintenance. We cannot show it under My Enterprise so it needs to show in the Settings and Actions menu for recruiting admins. We've tried these:

ASM_FUNCTIONAL_SETUPS_USER_ABSTRACT_CUSTOM
