I need to be able to run a report for an Affirmative Action Plan that will summarize (or list, as I can do the summary in excel) the total number of candidates interviewed, number of women, racial/ethnic affirmative action group members and candidates with disabilities for a time period. Of course I need this ASAP. I've only used the pre-built reports and don't know how to create my own. Any suggestions on where I can look or how to start?
