Looking for solution to Mask the supplier bank account but not the employee bank accounts

Summary:

Hello experts, we have a requirement to mask the supplier's bank account details but not the employee's bank accounts, so that the employee can review and update as required. When i update the "Manage system security options" either it masks all for suppliers and employees or opens for both. could you please suggest, if you have any solution for this?
