How to get order item value while select the specific order line item in order page

Summary:

The requirement is to get the specific item value from the order page and pass that item value to retrieve onhand, transact & reserve qty for all the warehouses. Will it possible through page composer or any other methodology by which we can get the specific line level item value ?
